    Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ¾ teaspoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, ¼ teaspoon cumin powder, ¼ teaspoon coriander powder, Juice from ½ a lime/lemon, ½ cup milk (Or sub with ½ cup buttermilk) to the lollipops. Mix well and marinate overnight or at least for 2 hrs.
  3. Step 3- Making the gluten free wet batter
    Add ½ cup rice flour, ¼ cup +1 teaspoon potato starch, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp gochugaru- Korean chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt, Water as needed(about ½ cup) in a bowl to make the wet batter. It should be quite watery because I really didn’t want a thick batter.
  4. Step 4- Frying the lollipops
    Heat enough oil (I used about 1.5 cup) in a frying pan. Coat the lollipops in the batter and fry them about 8-10 minutes, moving them around time to time.
