- 1 small corn on the cob
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp black cumin seeds
- 2 tbsps edamame beans (optional)
- 25 g (1 oz) pak choi, sliced
- 500 g (1 lb) fresh peas in the pod (100 g net)
- 75 g (3 oz) queso fresco
- 1 avocado
- few sprays of olive oil
- squeeze lemon
- Shoots such as pea shoots, purple radish, garlic chives
